If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as to whether the refund has been approved. If a refund has been approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable .

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days of purchase and full payment.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance and tracking. A signature will be required on delivery.

All orders are shipped from the UK so import duties or taxes may apply to purchases from outside of the UK. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
